Big Bads

Warren Meers : First came to Sunnydale when he and his girlfriend, Katrina, tried to hide from the robot he had created. He was also responsible for the creation of the Buffy-bot, a companion robot that Spike had requested he build. About a year and a half later, he, Andrew and Jonathan became known at the Troika or Geek Trio. Their mission: take over Sunnydale and destroy the Slayer. After several months of failed attempts, and with Andrew and Jonathan in jail, he went after Buffy with a gun. Though he failed to kill her, he did manage to fire off a shot that killed Tara in front of Willow. It was this unfortuante stray shot that created Dark Willow who went after Warren for the death of her lover. Once he was captured, Willow slowly tortured him and then finally skinned him alive. However, once Willow made her wish to Anya, the timeline changed and he became the villain to be reckoned with. He found his way to Rack's place where he found great power. He also met Amy Madison, his lover and accomplice there. It was his thirst for power and vengeance against Buffy that led to his downfall and death in the caves outside of Sunnydale.

Amy Madison: Once a shy, quiet girl who's mother swapped bodies with her, she became a powerful witch who turned herself into a rat while trying to escape from M.O.O. After three years of being a rat, she was finally transformed back to her normal self when Willow gained enough magical knowledge to do so. Though she knew that Willow was out of control with magic, she continued to encourage the powerful Wiccan. Once Willow threw her out of the house and out of her life, she became bitter towards the Scoobies. It wasn't until she met Warren Meers at Rack's place that she decided to enact upon her bitterness and help him to destroy Buffy and the gang. During the final showdown, she was knocked unconscious and tied up by Halfrek. Currently she is a prisoner of the Council of Watchers.

The Master: Once a man named Heinrich Joseph Nest, the Master is one of, if not, the oldest living vampires in existence. While trying to rise to power in 1937, an earthquake interrupted his attempts, sealing him into the cavern forever...or until a ritual known as The Harvest could unleash him. His minions failed to get him released during this time due to the interference of a sophomore known as Buffy Summers. Once it was ascertained that Buffy was indeed the Slayer, the Master stepped up his plans to walk the earth freely, causing Buffy to confront him in his lair. After killing her, he was released from his prison, vowing to make the world bleed by unleashing the powers of the Hellmouth. However, he hadn't counted on Xander using CPR to resuscitate the dead Slayer, bringing her back stronger than before. He and Buffy faced off on the roof of the school library where he fell through the skylight and impaled himself on the wooden railing. His bones were then buried in one of Sunnydale's cemeteries, covered with holy water and blessings. There had been a feeble attempt by the Anointed One to bring him back but it wasn't until several years later that a law firm in Los Angeles was able to do what the Anointed One couldn't. Now that he has risen with the help Wolfram & Hart, he plans to use the Last Judgment to open the Hellmouth and rule the world, forever.
